The most dramatic scene of Drake & Josh ever.

#What added to the perfection of this scene wasn’t just Drake’s flawless acting here. #It was the fact that Dan actually let the moment feel seriously and totally heartbreaking #There was no laugh track when he stumbled to get out of the room or when Josh finally spoke. #It stayed somber as it should have until it shifted into the next scene. #And now with most of Dan’s newer shows he keeps ruining these moments #He adds laugh tracks to so many parts of the show that don’t need it. #Especially when the moment between characters is nothing humorous. #The whole seriousness of the scenes he tries to make now just get washed away by all the jokes he tries to put in right afterward. #I miss this kind of writing with strong characters and real serious moments. #I just miss when moments that are supposed to be serious get instantly ruined by a dumb laugh track #But this moment in Drake and Josh was by far the most amazing moment #for the acting and just how climactic it was for the whole show.
